ESPA has developed a range of treatments specifically for The Istanbul EDITION. These treatment rituals are advanced, truly indulgent and influenced by customs from around the world including traditional Turkish culture. TURKISH INDULGENCE 2 hours 30 minutes

This invigorating body ritual cocoons the body to replenish and restore radiance. Relax your mind and body in our luxury Hammam with warming steam, prior to a stimulating body scrub using a traditional Kese mitt and Olive soap, preparing your skin for this total body treatment. A body mask of Oshadi Clay or restorative Marine Mud is then smoothed onto your skin, before being cocooned in linens. A deep sense of relaxation is achieved with a full body aromatherapy massage to release muscular tension and restore energy.

BODY SCULPTING & FIRMING TREATMENT 2 hours

A specialized total body treatment that combines a detoxifying envelopment and body massage to tone and firm the skin. This treatment is designed to specifically stimulate circulation and the lymphatic system and where necessary incorporates the highly effective G5 System to concentrate on problem areas that are prone to cellulite, fluid retention
and uneven skin texture. The body is purified of toxins, the skin toned and the mind revitalized.

This cleansing full body scrub combines vigorous techniques with a traditional Kese mitt and Olive soap, to exfoliate and replenish dry skin, leaving your body exceptionally soft and smooth.

This rejuvenating full body treatment combines an invigorating scrub to cleanse the skin, prior to a traditional full body foam massage to stimulate the muscles and revive and energize mind and body.

THE SIGNATURE HAMMAM 60 minutes

A total body experience that revitalizes your skin, cleanses your body and soothes your mind. This traditional experience starts by deeply cleansing the skin with an invigorating body scrub, followed by a full body foam massage, moisturizing body mask of natural honey and milk, then finishes with a refreshing hair wash and hydrating conditioner.

Begin your romantic spa experience with 30 minutes of relaxation to help unwind your mind and body before this indulgent treatment. A flowing massage using hot volcanic stones warms your muscles and releases any tension. A full body exfoliation using an authentic Lulur mixture helps to revive and renew your skin, prior to a comforting bath of honey, milk and your chosen ESPA Bath Oil to leave your skin replenished and hydrated.

ESPA FACIALS

All ESPA Facials begin with a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis using a Woods Lamp to identify skin conditions not visible to the naked eye, allowing your therapist to tailor the treatment to your individual needs and recommend skincare products for your personal regime at home. Each facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, a face mask and an application of moisturizer. Deep cleansing, steam and extraction are also available on request. To achieve and maintain the ultimate in healthy, radiant skin we recommend facials once a month.

SUPER ACTIVE LIFT & FIRM FACIAL SKIN RADIANCE FACIAL 90 minutes

This advanced facial treatment helps enhance collagen production and improve skin tonicity and firmness. The facial is performed by hand selected therapists, incorporating ESPA Super Active Tone and Firm products and the most advanced facial massage techniques, to deliver a treatment with intensive results, the benefits of which can be seen immediately.

REGENERATING FACIAL 60 minutes

This regenerating facial has been especially created to help combat the signs of ageing and skin damaged by the sun. Special facial massage techniques using products rich in anti-oxidants help hydrate and protect your skin with particular focus on the delicate areas that are prone to fine lines. The anti-ageing benefits of this treatment visibly improve the appearance of your skin, helping to minimize lines and wrinkles leaving skin fresh, replenished and nourished.

OIL CONTROLLER FACIAL 60 minutes

Ideal for oily, congested and problematic skin or those suffering with hormonal imbalance. This deep-cleansing facial helps to regulate oil secretions and refine open pores. Essential oils of Tea Tree and White Thyme; which are naturally decongesting and anti-inflammatory, are used to soothe and calm the skin, encouraging a more balanced and clearer complexion.

SKIN RADIANCE FACIAL 60 minutes

Exposure to pollution, lack of sleep and stress can result in dull skin, lacking vitality and luminosity. A special application of ESPA Super Active Skin Brightening Complex; rich in natural AHAs and BHAs from Hawaiian Algae and Meadowsweet, helps to smooth, reduce irregular pigmentation and brighten the skin.

RE-HYDRATOR FACIAL 60 minutes

An intensive and regenerating moisture boost for dry, dehydrated skin. Gentle cleansing and exfoliation help the skin absorb replenishing face treatment oils and masks to deeply moisturizer and soothe the complexion. This rehydrating facial leaves skin smooth, supple and nourished.

DE-SENSITIZING FACIAL 60 minutes

A comforting facial for sensitive, fragile skins prone to redness and irritation. De-sensitizing natural plant extracts and calming aromatherapy oils such as Chamomile and Benzoin are used to gently cleanse, nourish and hydrate fragile skin. REGENERATING & FIRMING EYE TREATMENT 30 minutes

This sophisticated massage is performed by two highly skilled therapists working in perfect unison. This massage uses simultaneous and synchronized movements to achieve the greatest level of relaxation; with an advanced combination of rolling movements and powerful full body stretches to gently distract the mind, resulting in a profound sense of wellbeing.

BALINESE MASSAGE 80 minutes with hot stones and 50 minutes without hot stones

This massage uses long, warming strokes to encourage complete calm and wellbeing. Gently heated aromatherapy oils are poured onto the centre of the body and massaged into the skin using long, stretching, sweeping movements for deep relaxation. SWEDISH MASSAGE 80 minutes or 50 minutes

A traditional full body massage using firm pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. This treatment is ideal as an introduction to massage; stimulating movements help soothe tired aching muscles to leave you relaxed and revived.

BODY CONTOUR MASSAGE 50 minutes

An uplifting and skin firming massage that promotes feelings of health and vitality and visibly improves the appearance of the skin. Lymphatic drainage massage uses very light pressure, in addition to long, gentle, rhythmic strokes and deep massage movements where necessary to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems and improve the appearance of cellulite. This detoxifying treatment helps to reduce water retention and is particularly beneficial for those who are mostly deskbound and sufferers of uneven skin tone.

ADVANCED BACK, FACE AND SCALP TREATMENT WITH HOT STONES 2 hours

Designed to target the classic areas of stress, from headaches, neck pain and shoulder tension and the effect these have on the skin. A stimulating and deep cleansing back exfoliation is followed by a powerful back massage using hot volcanic stones and aromatic oils to melt away any tension. The personalized ESPA Facial uses specific products designed to suit the needs of your skin, and follows with a stress relieving scalp massage. The result is re-hydrated, revitalized skin, and a sense of deep relaxation for mind and body.

BODY REBALANCER WITH HOT STONES 2 hours

A perfect full body treatment using hot stones to relieve deep-seated tension and leave the mind and body rebalanced. Skin brushing, exfoliation and an ESPA facial cleanse prepare your body for this treatment. Vital energy points and Chakras are then massaged with an individually tailored blend of oils and hot volcanic stones to release deep-seated tension and restore energy to the body. A de-stressing and deeply soothing head massage concludes this treatment to restore balance and equilibrium.

PRE AND POST NATAL TREATMENT 90 minutes

A nurturing body treatment carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to relax the body and tone the skin during this very special time. This treatment begins with gentle body exfoliation and uses a natural Calendula infused oil and advanced massage techniques to areas prone to tension and stress during pregnancy. Following is a warm application of Deeply Nourishing Body Mask to the whole body including the bust and stomach; then gently covered in warm linens, a relaxing scalp massage takes place. This indulgent treatment leaves you glowing, your spirit calm and the skin toned.

A course of 9 treatments is recommended following the first trimester and for 3 months after pregnancy.

ANTI CELLULITE HIP AND THIGH TREATMENT 60 minutes

An effective massage targeting areas prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. The body is exfoliated using a special blend of seaweed, salt and oil and removed using iced mitts to help tone and firm the skin. A brisk and powerful detoxifying massage follows, stimulating the lymphatic system to improve the appearance of the skin. Relevant reflex zones and pressure points on the feet are activated to leave you feeling totally revitalized and refreshed.

G5 MASSAGE TREATMENT 20 minute sessions

Slim and tone your body with a course of G5 Treatments. G5 is a highly effective system which helps to improve the appearance of cellulite and the firmness of your skin. This system is used by our trained professionals to perform percussion and vibratory massage to help stimulate circulation and the removal of fat molecules, to leave skin smooth and toned.

A course of 6 treatments are recommended to enhance the effects of this program.

BIO REVITAL FIRMING TREATMENT

This advanced body treatment helps to firm and sculpt any areas of concern. Specialized techniques using high frequency waves, combined with a unique anti-ageing solution work effectively to achieve your desired results. For superior results a course of 6 treatments are recommended and should be taken twice a week.

BIO CAVITY SLIMMING TREATMENT

This intensive slimming treatment targets cellulite. Low frequency ultrasonic waves and an advanced vacuum-endodermic massage instantly disperse fat deposits and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
