Michelin-starred chef, Tom Aikens, hailed as one of the most creative and talented chefs in Britain, is spearheading the experience at the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Jade Room + Garden Terrace, and has designed a concept that is centered around century-old methods of cooking with menus combining unique tastes and flavors driven by seasonal change and bound by an international culinary tone. The restaurant will offer multiple tailored and curated food options, giving authenticity to each dish. Seating up to 170 guests, 98 inside and 72 guests outside, the restaurant offers a new statement in design, luxury and intrigue with its lively and atmospheric space including an alluring theatre kitchen to the back of the room and a rhythmic language of honest and smooth tactile materials grounding the space allowing the food to take center stage. A beautifully serene and inviting space, guests are sheltered and taken away from the manic pace of city life on The Jade Room + Garden Terrace. With a seasonally changing garden and table decorations of herbs and greenery, The Jade Room + Garden Terrace will serve a small menu of sharing dishes from The Jade Room’s kitchen. Under a shaded canopy of evergreen plants, The Jade Room and Garden Terrace bar will also serve a delicious selection of curated cocktails. The seasonally opened outdoor terrace can seat up to 74 guests.

Nestled next to the hotel entrance on the ground floor, Gold Bar at EDITION, seating up to 87 guests, is a social playground that brings another dimension to Tokyo's bar scene. As an urban hideaway where guests can savor luxurious and exceptional moments, Gold Bar at EDITION presents a sophisticated evening cocktail bar. Inspired by the ‘Golden Age’ of cocktails, Gold Bar takes classic cocktails such as the Martini, Daiquiri, and Manhattan to contemporary, sophisticated levels, incorporating modern techniques and local Japanese flavors.

The Blue Room restaurant is a convivial dining experience that offers a sophisticated atmosphere for guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout the day. This chic space serves a menu inspired by international all-time classics including a variety of plant-based signature salads, light protein options, local market fish, grilled meats and sharing platters.

The Lobby Bar is a new gathering place within the hotel for guests and locals to gather and enjoy bespoke cocktails, a unique selection of spirits and a unique afternoon tea service in an open yet intimate environment overlooking Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo Tower. The Lobby Bar can seat up to 120 guests with 28 seats at the bar, 34 seats on communal/working tables, while also offering 58 seats on couches.
