The Jade Room + Garden Terrace, the hotel’s signature restaurant, offers a modern Wagyu steakhouse experience celebrating Japan’s finest Wagyu beef, seafood, and seasonal vegetables sourced from leading producers across Japan. Guided by a farm-to-fire philosophy, the restaurant places provenance, seasonality, and craftsmanship at the heart of the experience. Exceptional cuts of Wagyu are prepared using a carefully considered selection of cooking methods, each chosen to enhance the distinctive character and flavor. Framed by an elegant, jade-accented interior and sweeping views of Tokyo Tower and the city skyline, the restaurant delivers a distinctly Tokyo dining experience where Japanese hospitality meets global sophistication.

Open seasonally and perched 140 meters above the city, the Garden Terrace offers a serene open-air escape from the pace of city life, inviting guests to take in spectacular views while enjoying a selection of sharing dishes, wines, and botanical drinks. The indoor dining area seats 94 guests, including two private dining rooms for 14 and 8, with an additional 60 seats on the outdoor terrace.

Nestled next to the hotel entrance on the ground floor, Gold Bar at EDITION, seating up to 83 guests, is a social playground that brings another dimension to Tokyo's bar scene. As an urban hideaway where guests can savor luxurious and exceptional moments, Gold Bar at EDITION presents a sophisticated evening cocktail bar. Inspired by the ‘Golden Age’ of cocktails, Gold Bar takes classic cocktails such as the Martini, Daiquiri, and Manhattan to contemporary, sophisticated levels, incorporating modern techniques and local Japanese flavors.

The Blue Room restaurant is a convivial dining experience that offers a sophisticated atmosphere for guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout the day. This chic space serves a menu inspired by international all-time classics including a variety of plant-based signature salads, light protein options, local market fish, grilled meats and sharing platters.

The Lobby Bar is a new gathering place within the hotel for guests and locals to gather and enjoy bespoke cocktails, a unique selection of spirits and a unique afternoon tea service in an open yet intimate environment overlooking Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo Tower. The Lobby Bar can seat up to 75 guests with 23 seats at the bar, 26 seats on communal/working tables, while also offering 26 seats on couches.
