Clandestinely hidden in the basement floor of the hotel, sits a new world altogether. Cabaret is an unexpected twist to traditional dining in Barcelona. Enjoy the modern luxury nightlife experience created by Ian Schrager. Cabaret is more than a restaurant; it is a clandestine supper club with a sultry lounge area, an impressive cocktail bar and a superior food experience based on a sophisticated à la carte menu concept. The long, velvet curtains at the far end of the dining room will be drawn back to reveal the stage, framed by a large archway and ready to expose the night's entertainment, live music, curated lounge & DJ sessions and unexpected performances.
True to the EDITION vernacular, a spectacular lobby bar serving locally produced vermouth, craft beer and sherry will act to unite the hotel's reception with an informal all-day dining restaurant with a sharing concept overseen, alongside the hotel's two further dining concepts, by executive chef and founder of the global movement ‘Cooking in Motion’, Sebastian Mazzola, formerly of Adria's Tickets, Pakta and Bodega 1900. Seating 87 guests, Bar Veraz offers a menu of affordable dishes focusing on the freshest, seasonal ingredients to attract not only residents, but locals alike.
Expanding on the success of its London EDITION location, the Punch Room brings creativity and sophistication to the Barcelona bar scene. Accessed by a dramatic spiral staircase, the speakeasy-inspired lounge highlights local spirits and ingredients in its curated cocktail menu and specialty punches, served in vintage silver bowls. Beverages are complemented by a selection of light bites. The space itself is as carefully crafted as the cocktails and features a Castilian-style billiards table with a golden cloth, a black-granite fireplace, leather and green velvet furnishings and oak-paneled walls lined with images from local photographer Andrea Torres.
Destined to be the most desired of Barcelona's social gathering places, The Roof, located on the 10th floor of The Barcelona EDITION, offers an unparalleled panoramic view over the city and offers food and drinks served all day to residents and the local community alike.
