Experience a creative culinary adventure in the Matador Room, the signature restaurant of The Miami Beach EDITION. Featuring a supper club-like atmosphere reminiscent of the 1940s, the Matador Room tempts guests with innovative cuisine inspired by the flavors of South America, the Caribbean, and Spain. Developed by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, every morsel is an unforgettable delight.

Overlooking the hotel’s pool deck, the Matador Bar features American black walnut-paneled walls with photographs from renowned French photographer Lucien Clergue’s Matador series. A solid walnut floating bar stands at the center of the room, surrounded by custom furniture and banquettes in soft jewel-toned velvet. The Miami Beach bar pays homage to the classic cocktail experience. Providing bespoke crafted cocktails, Matador Bar’s tenured barmen utilize the freshest ingredients to expertly prepare each drink while delivering a unique experience with exemplary service.

From the culinary mind of Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten comes Market at EDITION, a food hall-inspired restaurant in the heart of Miami Beach. Part patisserie, part boulangerie, and part salumeria, the restaurant features gourmet cuisine counters serving everything from pizza and ceviche to wine and pressed juices. The café-style dining room overlooks bustling Collins Avenue.

Inspired by all that is tropical, Tropicale seduces with casual al fresco dining. The original landmarked Sundial restaurant and bar, now restored to its original grandeur, offers a palate of fresh and light menu selections. Both savory and sweet, a perfect complement to sun and sand, Tropicale serves cocktails and cuisine that fit the lush beach setting. Available for all-day dining without a reservation at the pool or by the beach, reclined, seated, or at the bar, Tropicale is perfectly paired with ocean views and island tunes. Guests can also dine in our luxury cabanas located near our lap pool in a tropical oasis under the palm trees with a reservation. Open to hotel guests, beach club members, and residents.

The glamour of 1950s Miami Beach can be found in every detail of the Lobby Bar, from the original gold and marble columns to the Latin-inspired soundtrack. With mesmerizing ocean views and a lush interior ideal for people-watching, this is the heart of the Collins Avenue hotel, where mojitos, champagne cocktails, and a punch fountain are among the specialties.

Basement Bowl is a four-lane bowling alley with visually spectacular lighting effects of dramatic, color-changing illuminations. Enjoy the visual radiance with a fully-stocked bar and gourmet bites.
