YONE RESTAURANT & BAR

Perched on the 27th floor of The Shanghai EDITION, YONE Restaurant & Bar showcases panoramic views of the Bund and the city skyline through its signature triangular windows and elevated floor-to-ceiling design. Taking “rice” as its inspiration, YONE curates premium rice from regions across Japan and locally. Through refined techniques, the inherent aroma and texture of the rice are accentuated, then seamlessly woven with seasonal ingredients in a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Carrying this concept forward, the signature cocktails are thoughtfully built upon a sake foundation to reveal the full flavor spectrum of rice. Here, scenery, gastronomy, and social experience intertwine to form a modern gathering place for contemporary living.

A modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private club, the reservations-only Punch Room entices guests to enjoy an intimate and exclusive space away from the Bund’s crowd. Enclosed by warm, wooden vertical slats, Punch Room offers an intimate and cozy bar lounge atmosphere with close-up views of Pudong’s skyscrapers and EDITION’s renowned sophisticated cocktails.

Located on the 29th floor and surrounded by a stunning ivy-covered trellis, ROOF is an open-air lounge area offering guests a comfortable, intimate setting for casual drinks. Featuring one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Pudong from the Bund, the bar serves a range of classic and innovative libations prepared by EDITION’s expert mixologist.

Shanghai Tavern offers all-day dining with a menu of seasonal, contemporary European brasserie. The interior references layers of history behind the Shanghai Power Company Building and features a communal space designed with pockets of intimacy. The establishment offers a refined yet inviting dining experience, perfect for savoring breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

In the spirit of Studio 54, Electric Circus is a new kind of nightclub and VIP lounge, destined to become an must-visit venue in the Shanghai nightlife scene. With its dramatic lighting, otherworldly interior and signature EDITION cocktail mixology, the club is located on Level 7 and will play host to some of the world’s top DJs and performers.

Designed in the style of an early 20th century private social club, Club Room offers a sense of warmth and exclusivity, discretion and indulgence. Located on the 5th floor, it features two lounge areas, a 9-seat bar, a gallery seating area, a screening room and a meeting room.

On the magnificent roof sits a fully landscaped, sculptural English garden—a perfect oasis and one of few urban green spaces in heart of the city. Mixing Chinese greenery with traditional English horticulture, Roof Garden also features an under-the-stars movie theatre, a games area for lawn bowling and croquet, daybed seating, and a full bar serving food and snacks.

Enjoy signature cocktails from around the property including several Lobby Bar exclusives. The Bar pays homage to increasingly rare, traditional Shanghai urban design with bespoke plaster relief artwork inspired by carvings, typically observed on Shikumen (stone-gated) housing.
