Perched on the 27th floor of The Shanghai EDITION, YONE Restaurant & Bar showcases panoramic views of the Bund and the city skyline through its signature triangular windows and elevated floor-to-ceiling design. Taking “rice” as its inspiration, YONE curates premium rice from regions across Japan and locally. Through refined techniques, the inherent aroma and texture of the rice are accentuated, then seamlessly woven with seasonal ingredients in a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Carrying this concept forward, the signature cocktails are thoughtfully built upon a sake foundation to reveal the full flavor spectrum of rice.
