Sophie at EDITION

On the 14th floor, Sophie at EDITION pays homage to Japan’s abundant seasonal ingredients and rich culinary traditions through the lens of a modern brasserie. Local produce sourced from small regional farms informs the restaurant’s casual brasserie-inspired menus from Morning to Lunch and Dinner, all accompanied by a seasonally changing cocktail menu.

Sophie at EDITION will be launching an exciting new Italian concept on June 3, 2026. Currently, we are accepting reservations for seating only. We look forward to sharing more details in early May 2026.
