Punch Room is EDITION’s globally celebrated cocktail bar concept, inspired by the refined elegance of 19th-century London private clubs and centered around the timeless art of punch. An intimate and sophisticated retreat, Punch Room invites guests to explore the deep-rooted heritage of punch-making, thoughtfully reimagined through the lens of Japanese culture. The menu is curated around five distinct categories, each reflecting one of the “five flavor pillars” of punch, harmonized with a unique facet of Japanese tradition. Every creation showcases exceptional Japanese ingredients, ranging from artisanal local spirits and sake to ryokucha tea and rare regional spices. Punches are served either by the glass or presented in exquisite silver bowls designed for sharing, accompanied by elegantly crafted ladles.
