Renown for her restrained yet generous cuisine at Les Cols restaurant in Olot, Catalunya, Martina brings her creative and authentic talent to Veraz at The Barcelona EDITION with an essential and poetic proposal inspired by seasonal non-travelled ingredients.
Located in the rural and volcanic region of La Garrotxa, the acclaimed restaurant owns a traditional vegetable garden where innovation and sustainability seamlessly merge to recover and grow lost local varieties.
The respect of seasonality is at heart of the project, delivering locally-sourced products featured on pure dishes which reflect the landscape and nature of the Catalan region.
Indulge in Martina’s exquisite culinary creations available exclusively in four extraordinary dishes from February 5 until May 5 at Veraz.
Les Cols has been awarded 2 Michelin stars, the green Michelin star, 3 suns by Repsol Guide and the Spanish National Gastronomy Award.
Martina Puigvert and her mother Fina Puigdevall have been shortlisted #91 by Best Chef Awards.
Les Cols outstanding design by RCR Architectes has been recognized with the Pritzker Architecture Prize.
