Michelin-starred chef, Tom Aikens, hailed as one of the most creative and talented chefs in Britain, is spearheading the experience at the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Jade Room and Garden Terrace, and has designed a concept that is centered around century-old methods of cooking with menus combining unique tastes and flavors driven by seasonal change and bound by an international culinary tone. The restaurant will offer multiple tailored and curated food options, giving authenticity to each dish.
Seating up to 178 guests, 104 inside and 74 guests outside, the restaurant offers a new statement in design, luxury and intrigue with its lively and atmospheric space including an alluring theatre kitchen to the back of the room and a rhythmic language of honest and smooth tactile materials grounding the space allowing the food to take center stage.
A beautifully serene and inviting space, guests are sheltered and taken away from the manic pace of city life on The Jade Room and Garden Terrace. With a seasonally changing garden and table decorations of herbs and greenery, The Jade Room and Garden Terrace will serve a small menu of sharing dishes from The Jade Room’s kitchen. Under a shaded canopy of evergreen plants, The Jade Room and Garden Terrace bar will also serve a delicious selection of curated cocktails. The seasonally opened outdoor terrace can seat up to 74 guests.
